    Hopfenanbau im Prümtal

    The Prümtal valley near Holsthum is home to the only hop-growing region in Rhineland-Palatinate. This is where the high-quality Siegel hops grow, which, along with Hallertau hops, are an essential component of Bitburger beer. Hop farmer and beer sommelier Andreas Dick offers farm tours, beer tastings and brewing courses, and the hop barn can be hired for parties and celebrations.
