The highlight of the year at Teufelsschlucht Dinosaur Park, featuring fascinating light installations and a colorful program! 


After dark, from Friday through Sunday, the park is transformed into a magical place: bathed in colorful light and dramatically staged, animals and scenes from all geological eras take on a mysterious and mystical air...

Twice each evening, all guests are treated to a unique performance: the multimedia laser show featuring live music by the band Sleepers’ Guilt. Laser beams and light, images, shapes, and perfectly synchronized rock music take us on a journey through time to the Southern Eifel 200 million years ago, recounting the era when dinosaurs set out to conquer the Earth.

The doors of the PaleoLab are open to anyone who wants to learn more: Paleontologist Lea Numberger-Thuy will discuss the Dinosaur Park’s research projects and offer a glimpse into the sensational discovery of Rhineland-Palatinate’s first dinosaur.

An indispensable part of Jurassic Lights: live music by The DingsBooms and acrobatics on stilts by the Circolo Stilt Theater featuring Little Dino Rasmus.

Plus: Activities for kids at the Research Camp, fascinating black-light installations, play stations for all ages, snacks and grilled treats, sweet delicacies, and hot and cold drinks...
