A night in the Devil's Gorge Dinosaur Park - exclusively alone, as a couple, with family or friends! In a place where an overnight stay is not actually planned - unusual and adventurous, in the middle of nature!
Two mini huts from Werkhaus destinature are available in the Dinopark grounds for an unforgettable night of adventure. The double winners of the German Tourism Award and the Audience Award 2021 focus on consistent sustainability and have created unique accommodation with a keen eye for detail.
Support sustainability and save money at the same time - bring your own duvet/sleeping bag and benefit from discounted prices. Simply select the "Without bed linen" category when booking and save up to €30! Pillows and mattresses are provided on site.
Each mini hut is a bed in nature with its own covered terrace, which also offers storage space. It has a sleeping area of 160 x 200 cm. We therefore recommend a maximum occupancy of three people per hut - if there are more people or for more comfort, simply book the second hut! As the huts are heated and equipped with electric light, it is also possible to stay overnight in the cooler seasons; warm blankets and bedding are provided. There is a drawer under the hut for luggage. Toilets with washing facilities are located in the immediate vicinity of the huts. There is no shower - but for a night among dinosaurs this is certainly bearable! Please note: the park is unlit at night - remember to bring flashlights for night-time walks!
One or both huts in the dinosaur park are only rented to one party - whether individuals, family or friends. Admission to the park is free for everyone on the day of arrival. The mini-hut(s) can be occupied from 2 pm, access to the park from 10 am. Beds are made up in the hut and a surprise box with snacks and drinks is available for guests. Departure is by 10 am the following day.
As soon as you have booked and paid online, you will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail with your ticket attached. Please bring the ticket printed out or saved on your smartphone and show it at the Dinopark cash desk when you check in.
Please note when purchasing vouchers: Vouchers can only be redeemed in the selected category. "High season category" is valid during all Rhineland-Palatinate vacations and in the months of July and August.
Please note: Our annual evening event "Jurassic Lights" takes place from 17-19.10.25. The park is open until 10 pm; due to music and other event elements, an increased noise level in the park is to be expected. As our overnight guests, you are cordially invited to this unique event!
Tip: Germany's second destinature village opened just 2 kilometers from the Dinopark in 2023 - a pioneering, sustainable vacation camp with currently 20 tiny houses, an organic bistro, wash house and wellness area. For all those who feel at home outdoors and want to be surrounded by nature! Our recommendation: After an exciting night among dinosaurs, enjoy a delicious breakfast in the organic bistro (also open to external guests from 8 am).
